I am working on L1B from company A. I have found another job with company B, and B is ready to do a L1B to H1B transfer, which is pretty much like a fresh H1B application and subject to quota restrictions. Once my H1B is approved, can I still legally continue to work for Company A for a few weeks? Will this create any problem when I try to get my passport stamped, for the H1B, in my next India visit?
