Hi Sir,
I was in USA on L1B visa for 18 months ( 2022 Nov until 2024 Sep), and then applied for change of status starts from 2024 Oct to till 2025 Jan ( 3 months) , later i moved to india for personal reasons, if i stay in India for 1 year , will i be able to get a work permit for complete H1B of 6 years (including 3 months stay in USA ) or it will be only 3.10 months work permit ( considering the L1B and H1B status in USA).
