Hi,
Next year Feb15th , i will be completing 5 yrs on L1B. So my employer applied for H1B and got it for 1 year from 11/19/2009 till 11/15/2010.
I have couple of questions. Can someone please provide insight.
1.a) During expiry date of my H1B VISA(like November and December 2010) , if i am out side US , Can i still apply for extension using pending labor > 365 days if i am working in same company outside US?
1.b) Being outside US , What will happen to H1B petition if i don't apply for extension during expiry date. Will it be reusable later after some period or i need to apply for fresh H1B or can i come to US by applying extension for previous L1B(which would have got expired by that time). What would have happened to my current L1B?
