Last couple of weeks i have been going through all the threads and felt my case is totally different which goes as below.
I entered US October 2006 on L1B, and my wife Joined me in December'06 on L2. She got pregnant and later we understood that the Insurance she carried doesn't covers maternity. The County Hospital that I visited, looking at my case asked me to apply for Insurance and see if am eligible for free health insurance(Temporary, till Delivery). I was fortunate to get those benefits and all her expenses were taken care by county hospital.
Now, being on L1B (As per my petition to USCS, all my expenses were supposed to cover by my company) and not being on US payroll. I am just worried if this will affect if I try to re-enter or for my L1 extension.
