got married in US in 2007. My wife is a green card holder. She is going to complete her 5 years period of green card in March 2008. She did apply for her naturalization 90 days before that is on Jan 2008.
I am in US on L1B which is going to expire on April 2009.

My Question is:
1)Once my wife gets citizenship then Can I apply I-130 , I-485 , EAD and AP concurrently or I have to wait for my I-130 approval to file I-485?

I will be highly grateful.

Thanks and Regards,
Vishal

You have asked the same question in "Family based Green card" section. I just replied you there. Please take a look at my response.

Cross posting is bad etiquette, however the answer to your Q is simple.
- Yes. File everything together.
