L1B Interview - Spouse on H1

Hi,

I have my L1B interview coming up at the consulate soon. My spouse is currently in the US on H1B. Will this cause problems in my application? The consulate form had a question about this, so wondering what the implications might be.

Has anyone been in this situation before?

Nope it is not a problem at all. that would not be a reason to get rejected.

Just be honest and answer your interview questions properly. Hopefully you have computer science related education. These days only comsci guys are getting L1B approved.
