Here is the situation:
My husband is on L1B (blanket). His visa as well as I-94 are expiring soon. His company had informed him that they had filed the extensions.He hasn't received any receipt or any other document yet.
His total stay on L1B is less than 6 months.
What happens if he does not receive the approval or the receipt before the visa & I-94 expires?
I'm on H1B. 6 years limit has completed and I've got 3 years extension based on approved I-140. My husband has got H4 stamp based on this H1B extension, but never stayed in US with H4 status.
We've applied I-485, EAD, AP - I'm the primary applicant and he applied as my spouse.
Could there be any issue for his L1B (blanket) and I-94 extension, because of any of the above cases?
