My friend currently has L1B blanket visa (working for US company in Japan). Can she apply for and EAD card in US so she can start to work for any other US companies?
She would like to come to US and work. Since she already recieved an L1B from her current employer, can she just apply for an EAD card by herself? or does she need to still keep working for her current employer?
