L1B and AC21

I am on L1b ( Third category Specialized Knowledge Person ) and have filed my I-485 on Feb 2002 ( 16 momths back ). My company is planning to layoff me in a month or so. I don't think that my I485 will get approved before that. Is AC21 portability applicable for me as I am in L1b. I heard somewhere that AC21 portability is applicable only for H1B holders and who has filed I485. I would really appreciate any comments and suggestions.

Questions:
1. Is AC21 portability applicable for me as I am in L1b.
2. Can my company revocate the I-140 application.

AC21 portability applies to L1 also

confusion might be because AC21 also has seperate H1b transfar clause.. Nothing to do with GC process.
