Right now i'm working on L1B at US. My L1B approved on August 18 2004(validity upto August 2007), and got stamping on October 2004. Visa stamped for one year (Oct 2005), but got I-94 till Aug 2007.
And also i have H1B which is valid from October 2004 to September 2007.
My question is: Whether Can I Join my H1b company, leaving L1B company? Will it be any problem? For stamping do i need to go back India?
