Hi All,
I'm in a unique situation .Here's whats going on:
I'm employed with a Canadain Company which is actively seeking to transfer me to US on a L1B.
The question: I 've completed 10 months with this company,but I've also spent 4 months out of these 10 in US on a B1/B2(for the company itself) on training and business travel.
The problem is the time spent in US :is that going to add onto the 1 year condition?
meaning for company to apply L1b,they'll have to wait 1yr +4 months?
I'm not sure and help is greatly appreciated.
