L1A visa extension denied - what are my options

I have a small trading enterprise in US and employed 2 people . one of them is a US citizen and the second one is a green card holder and my paper work was perfect with no flaws. My L1A visa extension has been denied as my company has only 2 in additional employees apart from me.No other reason has been stated for the denial.The business has been at its peak.I had been on L1A for 1 year
I am applying for H1B visa as I want to stay in US as a substitute for my L1A.

1. Will BCIS refer back to my L1A denial if I am applying for H1 B.

2. I possess a US masters degree .Will it help in getting a H1B

3. The company is doing good business but on a small enterprise basis. I want to stay in US as business is at its peak .What are my chances of getting H1 B?

4. What are my other options?

Hi,

Your case L 1A deniel. Pls advise the status of case and what are the best way out in similar kind of case been denied few months back.
