Self in L1A (Executive, Managerial), Spouse (L2 w/EAD based on L1A) and Kids in L2. Relocated to US on L1A and residing here for the last 10 months.
I see that 'm eligible to apply for Green card through EB1 category. The current employer possibly is not keen to apply for GC. What are my options now?
