I am here in the US on L1A Visa since Nov-2005. And my visa term will expire in Oct-2012 provided I get to renew as per the 3-2-2 L1A visa program. I am working with my company to apply for Green Card. I am reading a lot of websites incl USCIS in this regard and noticed that USCIC would apply the criteria of one year of continuous employment outside the US with the same employer in the past three years before the date of application, for EB1 (Int'l Executive / Manager).
Questions:
1.Given this background, will I be able to get GC under EB1 category, if my employer applies for? If not,
2. what are the other alternatives I can use.
