Need help please.....................on L1-A
I am in L1-B now and came to U.S. before 3.5 years....I have Managerial experience before 3.5 years in India. Now my employer is processing L1A now...petition approved and I am waiting for my PA date now. I am with the same employer for the past 6 years.
When I checked the L1A requirements, its been mentioned as "The foreign professional must have worked for the foreign company for at least one year within the three years prior to coming to the U.S. in an executive, managerial, or specialized-knowledge capacity, and the U.S."
As I came here before 3.5 years back......Will there be any questions on the experience at offshore as it's 3 years before my entry into U.S.?
Also, how about the rejection chances in this case L1A?
