L1A rejected, L1B-I94 still valid

Hi

My application for conversion from L1B to L1A got rejected by USCIS
My L1-B visa also has expired in 2008 and I am on extended I-94
My I-94 is valid till 15-Nov-2009

Can I stay till 15-Nov-2009 or I have to leave the USA within 30 days of rejection ?


Please let me know
