I need a consultation on LIA permanent Residence. I am in LIA Visa for last 8 months in USA. Previously I was in L1B and Changed status from LIB to LIA.
Please let me know the Procedure for applying the permanent Residence. Also my current employer is not willing to sponsor Permanent Residence. Can I go ahead and utilize the Attorney Services for getting my Permanent Residence processed?
In case of Labor Exemption how much time will it Take to apply 1-140 and I-485. Please clarify the same.
