L1A pending I485 and I140, bankruptcy

I am under L1A and filed for I485 and I140 in december of 2006. The company I am working for might be filing for bankruptcy. What will happen to my status, if this happens before I receive my Green Card?

Is my status terminated and the I485 and I140 voided as soon as the company files for bankruptcy?
