My employer submitted L1A Individual petition in August 2024, and USCIS issued two receipt notices at the time of submission. One of the notices indicated that the visa fees were waived based on Blanket L Petition, even though my petition was submitted as an Individual and not a blanket application.
My internal immigration team confirmed with the attorney that USCIS is currently issuing two notices for L1 Individual petitions and causing a great deal of confusion. It has been almost five months, and I have yet to receive an update from USCIS. I am reaching out to see if anyone else has received two receipt notices and has gone through this process.
Note : I am currently in India and my receipt number starts with SRC
