L1A extension while pending I-140/I-485

Hi all,
I am in L1-A. I want to concurrently file I-140/I-485 soon. My L1A is going to expire next year. Can I extend my L1A while my I-140/I-485 pending? I am looking for the right advice. If any one can suggest or share some related experience that will be of tremendous help for me.
