L1A applying for GC .. need help

I have a L1A visa and I am planning to apply for a GC.

I need to confirm if I need to apply for a labor certification or can I directly apply for I 140 & I 485, filed together?

How can I find out if applications are being accepted for I 140 & I 485.

Any information is appreciated, I am fairly new in US.
