Hello - please can someone confirm the definition of:
"The employee must have worked for a subsidiary, parent, affiliate or branch office of your US company outside of the US for at least one year out of the last three years"
I spent sometime training in the US (2months on visa waiver) but was payed by our european team during this time - will this effect my application?
