My query is:
I have applied for H1 in the current years quota which just opened on 01-Apr-2006. This i have applied from some body shopper and not through my current employer.
However now my current employer is asking me if i can travel to US on L1 due to some immidiate req.
I wanted to know if now i file for an L1 through my current employer will it be a problem. Will it effect my H1 application?
