The shown below is my Visa history.
- 3/1999 : L1B
- 5/2001 : H1B
- 8/2001 : H1B
- 5/2003 : LC filed
- 8/2004 : Current H1B expired
- 3/2005 : max 6 years period expired
I have a plan to extend my H1B visa until 3/2006( 3/2005 + 1 year for LC) this month.
But my attorney said that USCIS changed the max 6 years rule for H1 recently that L1 visa years isn't counted into max 6 H1 visa anymore.
So, I can extend my H1B visa until 5/2007.
Anyone hear about this???
