My GC is in process but had some complications earlier as my application was closed and then we had to reopen it. But before my application was closed, I already had my EAD for about 1.5yrs and had started working on it. Now that we have applied for re-opening my application and also H1B quota is full, can my new employer apply for a L1 visa for me? Please let me know on what would be the best move forward coz as of now all we know about my reopening application is that they received my application, thats it. So want to make sure I am in some kind of status, just in case.
