Q1. I am currently on a H4 visa, my husband has a company in India related to Multimedia and software services and we want to start a branch office in the U.S, could I convert my H4 to L1? Note: I have specialized skills which will provide great value to the U.S branch ?
Q2. Sould the Company be already established for me to convert from H4 to L1 or would I be allowed to come on a L1 to start the company ?
Q3. How much time does it take to set up a company in the U.S, is there a guideline or a cap to the amount of investment that needs to be made in the company for the L1 Visa to be applied ?
