I'm Kumar, holding L1-B Visa with Job title as "Senior Software Engineer". My company would like to change the Job title to "Sales Representative". My L1-B visa extension is scheduled in July 2009.
Please let me know,
* Is it possible to change my Job title can be changed to "Sales Representative", since my L1-B petition was applied based on "Senior Software Engineer"?
* Do I have to submit any forms to USCIS to change my Job title?
* Will there be any effect on my extension, due to this job title change application?
* Will USCIS accepts such job title changes?
