I am on L1 which is valid till july and I have I-94 till 2007.
I resigned to my company in april and planned leave USA on 15th of April 2005 and go to Canada as I already have Canadian Visa. My HR informed me that they will inform consulate about my resignation by 08th April.
Can I stay in USA till 15th? won't there be ny problems in immigration when I plan to leave..
