I will be going to India anytime next month on Vacation ,and my VISA has expired (but I do have valid/approved extension petition till Jan-2009).
My passport is expiring on 12-03-2008 ,which means my passport will expire before the approved extension term for my L1-B Petition. Will this create a issue for my VISA stamping , I tried Reaching Consulate General Of India , Texas Houstan via (Emails/ Phone) to get details on the passport extension from here itself , but no reposnse as yet.
Please suggest how can i get this done , is there an expedited process to get the passport renwal done.
