Hi,
My company applied for extension of L1A visa for me and my dependents L2 visa (I-129 and I-539). The application was received at USCIS on 4th Dec.
The application is still pending. We had to do a travel to India in between. We are back while the application is still pending.
I read on forums that my dependents I-539 would now be considered Abandoned and my I-129 I would be asked for consular notification for extension.
Is this true? Can I do something here? Cancel the application and reapply. My visa is valid till May.
