In 2008 I was on working on L1 visa (individual petition) for company A. My L1 petition was valid till April 2009.
My H1 with Company B was approved (on Change of Status) on the same year with a valid date starting from October 1st 2008. I continued working on L1 till Oct 5th and joined Company B on Oct 6th.
I have been on H1 now for the 7-8 months and plan to go to India in a couple of months and plan to get my Visa stamped. Will the fact that I worked on L1 beyond Oct 1 be an issue?
