Hi,I came to US in Feb'05 on L1 from company "A". The L1 will expire on Dec'06. In the meantime I applied for H1 from company "B" this year and got it approved. The H1 is effective from Oct'06. The new H1 has a I-94 attached valid till '08.
Questions
1. Will my current employment become invalid from Oct'06 and do I have to move to my new sponsor effective Oct'06.
2. Do I have to go back to India and get my passport stamped with new visa ? Or can I continue working with my new company when I feel comfortable as long as it is before Dec'06 ?
