Hi,
My Husband is on L1 now.
When he was in India he Filed for H1B thru a Consultant in US and got it approved. Later he came to USA on L1 thru his Employer.
So now if he wants to resign from current Employer and start working on H1,
will he need to start process to Change L1 Status to H1b Status or
he can use the I-94(of L1) and Approved H1B pettition to start a new job.
