Rightnow I am employed with Company A on L1 visa. My L1B Visa expired on June 2007 itself. Company A applied my L1A and now I got the L1A petition with I-94 expiring on June 2009 (Still my visa expiry date is June 2007 only).I would like to apply for H1 visa with Company B. I have the following questions on that:
1. Can I apply for H1 visa with Company B and start working with H1 effective October 2008 without getting stamping on H1 visa?
2. By October 2008 I will be completeing 6 years of stay in USA and I would like to know How long I will get the H1 visa with company B?
3. If I get the H1 visa for only one year effective October 2008 , I would like to Know I can apply for GC with Company B within that One year period?
4. After getting H1 from Company B and if I move to Company C ,can apply for GC with Company C immediately within that One year period? Or shoud I work minimum 3 months with Company B effective October 2008?
