Hi, I am working in company A and company B sponosored by H1B.
I am still with company A and came to US on L1.
Now I am planning to resign company A, and transfer my H1 from COMPANY B to company C.
1. Is there going to be any problem since I didn't have my H1 stamped.
2. Could I get my H1 stamped in mexico/canda. or shall I go to India for that?
3. Also, would there be any problem as I worked on H1B without stamping.
I appreciate any sort of inputs in this regard and thanks a lot in advance.
