Hi,
I need some help. Here is my situation:
I came to US in APRIL'2000 on a L1-B VISA thru company A. Extended it couple of times and stayed till November' 2003. I left to India in November'2003 and started working from off-shore. Company B applied for H1-B in November'2003 (Quota of 2004). I got H1-B petetion in December'2003 and it is valid till APRIL'2006. Company B asked me to wait for some time in India. In the mean time, Company A sent me back to US on a L1-A in SEPTEMBER'2004. Now, company B asking me to join them.
I want to join company B. Please let me know the options to move from L1-A to H1-B.
