Currently I am in US on L1B visa working for Company A . My Visa is expiring by end of March 07 and for which I have applied L1 EOS and I haven’t received L1 EOS receipt notice yet. Can I apply for new H1B thru Company B without COS . I don’t have the approval notice and/or receipt notice for L1 EOS so I guess I can not apply for new H1B with COS .
