L1 to H1 visa conversion

I am working with employer A on L1-B visa which is expired in Feb-2006. Currently in am I-94 which will expire in Jun-2006. Current employer A will apply for L1 extension in Jun-2006. I have filed for H1 with another employer B which will be effective after Oct-2006. I have following concerns:

1. Can i switch employer in Oct-2006 without going back to India for H1 stamping when i am on I-94 only but extended L1 visa petition?

2. If i go back to India in Dec-2006 on vacation and return with L1 stamping for employer A. Then can i switch job to another employer B who filed H1 for me?

3. If i return with L1 stamp and then switch employer here. Since i will not be having H1 stamp, can employer B file green card for me?

4. Can i stay in USA if fresh H1 petition approved but employer A wants me to go back to India in Sep-2006?

If a person has maintained valid status in US, visa extension will be accompanied with new I-94 card. This can be used for next reentry.
 
thank you Nishant. I have question if fresh H1 petition is approved and while returning back to USA if i go for L1 stamp, will H1 petition will still be valid or it will reject?
