I was on L1 for couple of years with Company A and by Apr 2006, Company B applied for my H1 and I got it approved effective Oct 1 2006. However, I continued working with Company A till Dec 15th and then joined Company B. Now, I'm on H1. However, will there be a problem because I was with Company A from Oct 1st till Dec 15th? I have pay stubs from Company A till Dec15th. Could someone please let me know of the implications? Thanks.
