I have 3 queries regarding L1 to H1 transfer:
1. I m on BL1 right now with company A. And a consultant is filling my H1 for this quota, where I can start working on oct'05.He is filling for L1 to H1 transfer. Now if my project with companyA got over before oct, then I have to go back to India and come after Oct with new H1 stamping.Now my question is that , my consultant is applied for L1 to H1 transfer and its fine if i change job from US itself after oct.But if i need to go to India before oct, then while I will go for stamping , do I need to take any extra document to show new H1 apart from just transfer?
2. If my H1 files on May 15th and its approved on jun15th and I m already in US on L1..Then what is the maximum time period by which I have to join next employer.
3. If I file H1 on may 15th and start date I give on nov 15th. But if later my consultant dont able to get project before nov15th and if I hv to join on dec 15th. Then what will be my status between nov15th to dec15th.Will I be out of status during thi speriod?
