L1 to H1 transfer maxout extension

Hi,
1) I have completed 3 years (2006,2007 and 2008)in my L1 status and got transferred to H1 (2009) and i hope i can stay for the next 3 years (2009,2010 and 2011)...let me know if this is correct
2) Can i extend after 6th year period as like a regular h1 extension (7th year)
3) If not then can i use my labor and I140 approval to get 7th year extension.

Yes. Provided if your Labor is pending for at least 365 days.
