Currently i am on L1-B visa which expired in Feb-2006 but I-94 is valid till Jun-2006. My current employer A is planning to apply for L1-B extension in Jun-2006. But i have already filed for H1 with another employer B which will be effective since Oct-2006. If i go back to India on vacation and return with L1-B stamp, will my H1 petition be rejected? Can i use H1 to switch to employer B after returning to USA with L1-B stamp?
