I am currently on an L1A valid till May 2006 and have filed a FRESH H1 petition and NOT a status change which is being processed .
1) In case i go back to India on L1 and return back in say november 2005 , does it affect my H1 ??
2) Incase my H1 gets rejected ... does it affect my current L1 A status?
Appreciate if anyone can offer advice or pointers .....
