I am currently on L1B, but the company which sponsored my L1 might get bought over in the next month.
1. If the buying company decides to keep me, will my L1 still be valid?
2. Once i apply for H1, can i stay in the country with visa status as pending approval? Or will i be out of status?
3. If i apply for an H1 in the April 2007 quota, can i start working once i get the acknowledgement for H1 or should i wait till October when H1 gets approved?
