I am on L2 visa and my husband is on L1 visa. We are both planning to apply for H1 next year. If we get an approval for H1, does our L2 and L1 become invalid by october 2008 or can we continue working on our L2 and L1 respective visas beyond october 2008 and convert to H1 after our L2 and L1 visas get expired..i.e; in April 2009.
