I have a L1 Visa on companyA and its valid upto Nov,2008. I returned to India from US 2 months back and would be staying here for some months.I am getting a H1B applied this April from another company B.
1. Assuming I get my H1 through the lottery and process, can I still travel to US on L1 ignoring my H1(provided I dont get my H1 stamped in Indian embassy before leaving India)
2. If I can travel that way, can I work on L1 for some time in US and then shift to H1B visa.
3. If my company A is filing for L1 extension in November, would they in anyway get to know that I applied for H1.
