L1 to H1 COS.. urgent

I want to do L1(employer A) to H1(employer A to B) COS. After the COS is done and get the i-94,

1. Can I continue to work for employer A for a couple of weeks further?


And if go back to home country due to bad market condition and continue to work for employer A there.

2. Can i come back to US later to work for employer B when i have got a project?

3. Would I need to go for H1 stamping before coming to US?
