Am working in US currently on L1 Visa for a company ABC. I have recently filed for my H1 through another company.
So on October 1'st ie the date when my H1 comes into effect, will my L1 visa automatically expire. Or can I
continue working on L1 Visa and change my status to H1 after sometime. Also, my I-94 gets expired in November,
should I wait for my H1 approval or can I go ahead and file for my I-94 extension based on my L1 Visa. If my
present employer revokes my L1 Visa, how many days can I stay in US?
