hi all,
i entered the USA on L1 visa from company A. now i hv got H1 approved from company B with new I-94.
a few questions:
1) my employer has sent me the H1 approval notice and the receipt notice. what i want from him is the petition. is the receipt notice same as the petition? or he needs to send me petition separately?
2) do i need to resign company A and start working for company B immediately? or is there some grace period?
