I have applied for change of status from L1 and H1 (Company A) to H1 (Company B), which is under process in premium. And I am expecting my H1 in 2 weeks. Now I got a 3 months project with Company A and would like to continue with them.
Can i continue to work for Company A for a couple of months, then join the Company B?
Or do i have to leave country and come back with L1 stamping.
If i do this what happens to my H1 visa. I would like to join Company B after my 3 months project with Company A.
Would I need to apply for L1 to H1 transfer again?
Or can i use the old H1 visa?
Also do I need to leave the country for stamping?
